Forehand
The forehand is strategically the weapon of choice that all professionals go to when they want to finish most points, a.k.a. Federer. Players such as Federer have a tremendous amount of topspin which will be better understood with your weighted racket.
Exercise:
Shadow-swing a full swing at least 10-20 times by lowering the racket head and the brushing-up action will show you the force and speed required to impart faster and heavier topspin like the pros. You will notice Federer hits most of his forehand winners with lots of topspin rather than with less. And have you ever noticed how easily you dump your opponents slice shot into the net? That's because you haven't generated enough spin to counter-act the reverse spinning of the sliced ball!
