One Handed Backhand
There is nothing like a beautiful one handed backhand, a.k.a. Roger Federer, Justine Henin and Zachary White.

Exercise:
Take as many shadow-swings as you can to build up your wrist strength, and, in a controlled manner, swing as fast you can. This will translate into a wicked one handed backhand. To further strengthen the wrist, use the plated racket and hold your hand 1/2 way off the handle and move the racket up and down and in different directions and you will feel the wrist get a great strengthening work-out.
